The Keep Fit Group, more properly known as “Exercise for the over 50’s” is open to men and women and meets at 9.30 am on Thursdays at the Village Hall for a one hour session. Our aim is to help members of any age and physical condition to reach and maintain their fitness potential. Under our excellent qualified instructress, Elaine South, we undertake a carefully structured programme of warming up, circuit exercises and cooling down and have fun on the way.
